Is there a documented limit to the number of sockets allowed for TinyCLR? I believe it is around 25? At least that seems to be when things start to stop working.

The LWIP stack has the following limits defined for each profile
Small:
MAX TCP Sockets - 5
MAX Listening TCP Connections - 5
MAX UDP Sockets - 4
Medium:
MAX TCP Sockets - 16
MAX Listening TCP Connections - 8
MAX UDP Sockets - 8
Large:
MAX TCP Sockets - 32
MAX Listening TCP Connections - 12
MAX UDP Sockets - 16
