delete “C:\Users\Your_user_name\.endpoint” folder, make new project and see.
The issue we fixed related to Windows - language and region setting.
Your second issue we could not reproduce yet.

Nothing more nothing less …
When you click OK, it will check connection to the device, make sure the device is connected at that time.
Reset the board for sure, do not modify the line, just click check.
But, I try to launch VS in administrator and it’s working
When use 0.1.2.1 or 0.1.2.0? We just want to know there are something different 0.1.2.1 and 0.1.2.0 on your PC.
Because when I changed my PC to French, I was able to reduce your first issue, so 0.1.2.1 fixed it.
Message is appearing again.
with 0.1.2.1 (I don’t have test administrator with 0.1.2.0.
But I’ve a good news: when I disable others extensions, all is ok in admin as in “usual” account. Now I 've to find which extensions “corrupted” endpoint.
share to us when you find out :).
Of course. There is only 3 remaining extension, I will finish tomorrow because it’s late here
The extension which cause troubles is JetBrains Resharper. When it’s enable I always get the target framework error dialog box. And can’t access Endpoint.
When it is disable, everything is working. No error.
For me the 0.1.2.1 extension fixed the problem.
Thanks
Hi Guys received today end point and when i tried to connect with config i received
I have Win11 Us English ,
Visual Studio 2022 Enterprise 2022 v17.9.2 ,
Visual Studio Code latest on
this result and in device manager it show
on VSCODE (based on instructions)
after certain time
now i catch documentation “seems my board is blank” and i need to burn on it image or i’m wrong ?
Have you put an sdcard on Endpoint with Endpoint OS on it: Downloads ?
yes just downloaded and installed and tried first sample and work well via Visual Studio Code
also on Visual Studio work pretty well too
but now question is (did this board have emmc) ,
how to put boot on emmc internally since it boot only on sd card
because it write fast from emmc
I don’t think so.
thanks a lot anyway ,also for advice too
love this board and ability that can be done with this
as I said earlier LIMIT IS ONLY SKY
Yes, as we tested, a bit faster because 8 lines instead of 4 lines, and more stable than SDcard, but not double speed :).
I agree. I have several devices based upon the Raspberry Pi which use a SD to host the operating system. I have had the SD “die” in these systems. It can take a year or two, but has happened too many times.
I suspect the OS in Endpoint is more gentle on the SD, relative to RPi, but it is still an SD. Add a database, and an SD’s life is shortened.
Does Endpoint boot off a USB SSD, or does it need to be configured?
Hello,
I just had this same problem using Dutch Windows 11, visual studio 2022 and marketplace extension " 0.1.3"
Running as admin fixed it, but apparantly it wasnt fixed earlier in all cases.
Bauland said there is “JetBrains Resharper” stop Endpoint, do you have it installed? if so, try to look at other extension?
I’m just running a fresh visual studio install in a fresh windows 11 install. So no other extensions are installed
Home or Pro please?
I just got the Ep-Domino 24 and ran into the same error when setting up the Endpoint Debugger.
I got the “Unknown project target framework” error with the Resharper extension installed.
After I disabled Resharper I was able to check the Endpoint Debugger box for root@192.168.82.2 without the error and the debugger ran just fine.
Then I reenabled Resharper and the debugger still ran just fine. Then I tried to uncheck the debugger box and got the error again. The debugger box remained checked and the debugger still worked. So, it appears the Resharper extension blocks both the check and uncheck actions of the Debugger box.
Thanks for all the troubleshooting you guys did to track this down.
