is possible to install “or create package for Domino to include it”

Many of the guides for various things that work for RPi or BeagleBone will also work on Domino. I haven’t personally done this on Domino, but if I were to do it, I would start with something like the http://pivpn.io scripts which they claim are portable to other similar platforms.
