I have played with these some years ago. They are quite an interesting product.
They have 3 to choose from.
XS1-L1, 8 core processors @ 400MIPS or 500MIPS
XS1-L2, 16 core processors @ 800MIPS or 1000MIPS
XS1-G, 32 core processors @ Up to 1600 MIPS

Their quickly video:
So, hazarding a guess here, it’s essentially an FPGA with multiple soft cores and configurable I/O peripherals, usable without VHDL/Verilog?
Interesting.
@ godefroi,
i dont know whats under the hood of it. I used the XS1-L1 before and its amazingly fast. The tool set is free, and very user friendly.
Debugging and uploading code is a breeze.
Pretty affordable for having all that power.

hi,
I have tried your example “Using Adobe Flex to have Live data on Web Site” from “Codeshare”.
After running the programm, where can I see the " live data"?
What is the preparation before I run the programm?
@ workhard10.
point you browser to the devices IP it automatically opens the live data site.
As for the second part of your question, I left .netmf not to long after this, and really dont remember much about it, i am sorry.

So… could this be used for a gadgeteer mainboard?? would it be any good??
@ HughB
I used it on a cobra board. I would imagine it could be used on anything with an Ethernet interface.

I have tried it, but not successfull.
have you installed something for project like " Adobe Flex"? I have just downloaded your project and run it.
It seems that I need some special “Resource” (see picture).
@ workhard10
I dont know what to tell you. On code share those files are all there. I just dont remember enough to help you get the files on codeshare to where they need to be in your project. I am sorry, I dont use VS anymore, so its mostly all forgotten about.
