Wifi module to USBizi

Hi,

I need to make a small webserver with the USBizi so it can handle a a tiny webpage over Wifi (ad-hock)

Any suggestion on which wifi module will be able to create a HTTP socket so I can send the html data to the connected client and listen for incomming requests?

Wifly module found at sparkfun or the new one with Xbee pinout.
