Maybe it was visible before, but I have noticed it only yesterday.
Looks like a suspicious floating point conversion error.
Edit: -701 points converted to a 64 bit unsigned value would be 16,776,515 points
…So… He has -701 points!

I saw this a while ago and assumed someone made a mistake and used an unsigned where a signed was needed to correctly interpret the result of -1 
All the other employees have zero points, but as we all know Gus is special, so he needs fewer to feel special, or is it more 
Perhaps he got so many points that the number overflowed at some point and became that monstrosity.
