Often I hear the term realtime. Apparently NETMF is not realtime but rlp is? So what does this mean?
“Real-time programs must guarantee response within strict time constraints”
another key word is deterministic. with real-time you must be able to calculate a response time and it
will alway happen in that time with an extremely low variation.
with RLP you are programming much closer to the hardware and can achieve real-time respnsese.
So you can use something that is realtime (anti-lock brakes) with rlp?
yes, Gus will be implementing ABS brakes in the 2013 sports model of the FezMobile.
but who wants to test drive an open source automobile?
You can make a fez robot with advance ai to drive it.
