Here is the board with both a Panda II and an ethernet shield so you have some idea of how the stuff lays out. I am only a little disappointed that the microSD is not going to be accessible if the lid is put on. Its too far from the side for a cut-out to make it accessibl. :think:
But unlike the Panda Tinker, the shield fits fantastic!
Here is another tip for you…
Plug the Ethernet shield into FEZ Panda II and then both go upside down on one side of the base board. This leaves the other side for more shields
