Hi!
I am trying to design a controller board for my project including the function of communication between TI’s MSP430 MCU and ALFAT Soc chip. My question is that how do I use WAKEUP Pin(Pin number is 14) with my MCU. is NC(No Connection) of this pin OK?
I don’t understand pin out description in the manual of ALFAT SoC weather I have to connect this pin to my MCU or not.

This pin normally is Flush pin. It is only wake up pin when ALFAT receive “Z” command. After ALFAT wake up, it back to flush function again.
If you don’t need these features then it is fine if not connect.
There is also internal pull down resistor connected.
