Anyone have any suggestions for a free Visual Studio comment spellchecker? I have seen a few around, but they all seem outdated.
Chris, there’s a very popular and powerful productivity tool for Visual Studio called ReSharper (ReSharper: The Visual Studio Extension for .NET Developers by JetBrains). Licensing is free for open source projects. There’s a plugin for Resharper called Agent Smith that spellchecks comments, string literals and resource files. Now, I haven’t actually used Agent Smith myself, but I’ve heard good things about its functionality and I believe the maintainers keep the code updated. Might want to check it out.
