I entered “none” for all the fields and got the download link. I’m a bit skeptic about the book now since I got it so easily 
Most of the books I’ve read in the Syncfusion “Succinctly” series are quite good. The only one I would recommend against of the ones I’ve read is the node.js book. I found that one pretty poor.
