uSD write rate

I have a pretty simple data logger app I need to get going logging data from a pretty awesome inertial measurement unit (IMU). I’d like to do it with a G30 or G80 but I don’t have any laying around to try. Does anyone know about how many bytes/second I can write directly to the uSD card on the G30 and/or the G80? I won’t be doing anything but reading the data over the SPI bus and writing it to uSD.

Many factors are in but I am guessing 50K to 100K Bytes.
