When I connect the USB from my custom board, it appears in the following location in device manager but I cannot see it appear in the TinyCLR tab to select for debugging.
Has something changed the driver as I recall it being under GHI in device manager. It was working last night but after a reboot of the PC overnight, now it doesn’t work.
Nothing has changed from our end.
remove SC20260ONE driver (right click, remove…), unplug and reconnect the device again to let window detect right one, I guess.
TinyCLR Config sees it and can select it and change configuration but Visual Studio 2022 doesn’t see it. When you click on the combo box to select it freezes for a good few seconds and then display NONE.
Also tried with VS2019 and same, cannot select it. Same on other PC running same setup.
I think something wrong with the connection, check cable, PC or try different TinyCLR device if you have any other one.
Damned rookie mistake was the issue although I am no rookie. One of the threads was crashing due to a null reference so it took out the debug. After I fixed it, all is working again.
This is an exciting project for me and one that has been sitting gathering dust for some time so I am glad I got it sorted. I’ll post details when I get it assembled next week when the main parts arrive. For now all I have is the LCD frames in a nice red anodised finish from JLCPCB CNC service.
This is going to be an LCD clock using 3 x 7" 1024x600 LVDS displays with their own SITcore module. More to come.
