I believe the Domino now supports the full set of GHI USB Host devices, but I just want to verify that printer devices are too. Are there any users out there that have tried this successfully?

The Host has always supported USB printers! I am not sure I understand your question
I think he wants to know that USB printers are supported like USB mouse or keyboard
