When I create a new thread I have the option to “Notify me when a reply is posted.”. But I haven’t noticed that functionality when I reply to a thread. Would it be possible to add this functionality to all threads. That way I can get an email a link to a thread that I am following.

I think the answer before was that it’s just a good idea to always sort of orbit the forum 
Good point, I do try with the “Unread” button, but when at work I can’t go trawling the forum. I just like fit in a sneak post when my boss is not around.
Poor RJ, i can look at .net related stuff at work - so trawling TinyCLR is “work related” for me
