Title change: How to update a Fez Panda II?

update:

Can I assume that the firmware is part of the SDK installer? and it’s ‘USBiziUpdater.exe’ I should be running?

If so. I’ve tried that,
I do the 3 steps. The device sound like it disconnects then reconnects.
I press update but just get this error:

Connecting to device…
Cannot connect to the device! Follow steps 1 to 3

Any idea what could be wrong?

Hi,
I am trying to write some SD Card some stuff on a Panda II and am gettin this exception:
Invalid native checksum: GHIElectronics.NETMF.System

reading around it seems like a mismatch between the firmware and SDK versoin.

I am using SDK SDK Version 1.0.19 and that stats that i need firmware: 4.1.8.0
Mine are running 4.1.5.1

Anyone have a copy of the firmware? I can’t find it anywhere…
Thanks
Guy

Or is there a place where I can download older SDKs?

SDK Version 1.0.14 is compatible with my firmware

(This is killing me, I found SDK Version 1.0.15 on my old harddrive :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: )

Why not go to the latest 4.3 version?

4.1 info has been purged from my memory.

I believe the Panda II and Domino do not support it. They are stuck on 4.1

Ok. It’s all sorted now.

“USBiziUpdater.exe” worked on the 3rd PC I tried…
