TinyCLR OS: Runtime Loadable Procedures

Hey Guys, are we able to have Runtime Loadable Procedures in TinyCLR OS, or is this something that is still being worked on and will be available in later releases ?

So when we say all managed code stops, this includes the debugger right?

Correct for the managed debugger, yes.
