TE35 Display Module question regarding SHDN#

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding pin SHDN# for the TE35 Display Module. This apparently has to do with a Shutdown mode, correct? Is it an input or an output? If it’s an input and it’s not used, should it be floating, tied to Vcc or tied to ground?

It is pulled up high though a pull-up resistor. Set it to LOW in code to shut down the display.
