Yay, real measurement units ! 
Do you really mean 1.27mm? Headers for 1.27mm are much easier to find, but I guess cramming them into 1.3mm holes would work. (yeah I know how little difference there is there )
@ Brett - Since Ep VI with the alliance finally destroying the Evil Imperial Empire i have decided to move totally into the 21st century and use Metric. So yes they are 1.3mm centers and and not 1.27mm
Fear not tho my young Padawan as is have channeled the force and there will be a solution to your archaic measurement mounting quandary.
