Digi API Frame for a TX16Request used on 802.15.4 devices (Series 1)
This code generates a TX16Request Digi API Frame for Series1 XBEE devices. This allows to send data ( a text string in this case) to specific xbee devices that have API mode enabled.
Note: XBEE PRO (Series 2) devices are using a different frame format.
