Which shipping option do you guys use for Seeed Studio Fusion PCB service. Is the Registered Air Parcel (at $3.92) ok?

You might want to check out DFRobot. I just placed my first order with them at Pete Brown’s recommendation. The prices are similar but the ordering process is simpler and they have a DHL option which is supposed to be faster. Mine hasn’t arrived yet so I can’t provide my own testimony yet.

They are a little cheaper than seeed.
Seeed also has several shipping options, I just wondered how the cheapest one is. I ordered two sets, one using UPS and the other using the cheapo rate. I guess I can compare and contrasts to see how it goes 
The general rule I’ve found is that the cheapest rate from China generally takes 3 weeks to get to my house. Seeed claims 5-7 days to produce PCBs. So, you’re probably looking at close to a month. The UPS should arrive much faster but costs alot more. Also, Seeed just today went back to work after being on a Chinese holiday for the past week or so. So, they are probably really backed up. I’d add another week or two to that…
Seeed seems to generally get things to me in about 3 weeks, give or take. Generally production goes quickly, just a few days. I have no DFRobot experience.
With the cheapest shipping option?
Yep. I’ve never shipped anything but the cheapest option. They do signature-required delivery, though, on that cheapest option.
Nice to know, 3 weeks is very reasonable (minus the whole signing part).
