I know that SD card’s have DRM capabilities; as per the wiki page.

How do we access these features on the .NETMF?

Is the limitation the hardware or the firmware?

Do you think there would be value in implementing these features for OEMS?

We have been working with SD cards for long years (ALFAT) and also on NETMF devices but we very rarely hear this request. Possible in the far future.
