We have a custom board that has a G120 and a standard SD Card interface. There are some SD cards that work fine. Other SD cards cause an immediate reboot of the G120 on insertion, then when the G120 comes back up, it recognizes the SD card OK. Because it happens so fast and there is no exception thrown that we can see, we think there might be something too loose in the mechanical interface and a minor difference in the SD card pins causes a short. Has anyone had a similar experience?
A decent size capacitor should be placed right by the SD connector. We use 22uF.
