We are using your ALFAT SDR Board in our embedded system.
Also, we plan to build our PCB using ALFAT2 SoC.

Do we need to be a member of the SD Association in our case ?

I know GHI is member of SDA.
If we use GHI products in our system, do we have to be a member of the SDA ?

The sd association is very grey when it comes knowing who needs to be a member. I personally called them a while back and did not get a clear answer. My guess is that you do not since you do not need access to the specifications but I am not sure and I am not a lawyer.
