SCM20260N Extend Heap Issue?

I’m having an issue trying to extend heap on SC20260N with 2.1.3. Steps to reproduce in TinyCLR Config are:

  • Erase All
  • Load 2.1.0.30000 Firmware.
  • Connect to SC20260
  • Set Extend Heap using Device Configuration.

After that I can’t re-connect to the module. Behavior is the same if extending the heap from code.

I haven’t had this issue with SCM20260D. What am I missing?

Do you have more than one module? This module might be bad?!

Looks like that’s it, thanks Gus. It’s isolated to one module. That one works great other than external ram.
