SC20100S/B is the RTC crystal required?

Hi,

Forgive me if this question is stupid however I would like to know whether the RTC crystal is required for the SC20100S/B chip to function or if it can function only using the main crystal. I understand RTC features will not work.

We haven’t put a single rtc crystal on our boards and the sc20100s works just fine! :slight_smile:

No need RTC crystal if RTC feature is not used.
