RS232 to TTL with DTR input

Hello there,

Does anyone know of a small RS232-TTL converter, with a DTR pin?

Right now I’m using a RS232 Shifter SMD from Sparkfun: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/449
Which works fine. But I also need to access to the DTR (pin 4). And I’m a goofball at soldering, so I’d prefere something premade like the sparkfun.

Ron Diol is the owner and if he does not have what you want he will make it. He was very resonably priced and quick turnaround.

I had him make just what you are looking for with a MAX3238 chip.

He certainly got a lot of RS232 stuff. Thx.
