can any one please verify that EmBlocks is still available for download/usage? i can’t seems to access this website and i would like to follow Simon’s guide to RLP using it

well I went to http://www.emblocks.org/web/downloads-main and can see a download link, I guess it’s still available.
Lately, EmBlocks site works only in IE for me. Neither Chrome nor Firefox can show it for some reason…
verified that emblocks website doesn’t work in my region, used TOR browser and was able to download and everything works
