How I can switch off/on Green led just buttom of screem of my Rhino box screen ?

It is hardwired. You can remove the backlight cable to turn it of permanently or add a transistor circuit and control it whit one of the IOs
There is one LED on Rhino and it is by the Micro SD card connector. It is connected to FEZpin.Digital.LED

I can put backlight cable to PWN output or I must use relay or Transistor ?

Never run LCD back-light straight of any pin. Always use a transistor.
That is not an led you see under the display.
