Is the whole reward system going away for now or just the decay? I personally don’t think the decay is nearly big enough a problem to warrant taking down the whole thing. It’s just something that might need tweaking down the road.

Its admirable the efforts GHI goes through trying to please the community. Coming up with a system to please everyone, though, will be a near impossiblity me thinks.
Gus, that was not our intention. As Ian says, it needs more tweaking/fine tuning.

What I was trying to say was that I’ll adapt to what ever happens, and I’m sure everyone will. Sure, there might be some teething problems, but isn’t there always?

I could have sworn that Legend rank was given free access to GHI Insider, but now the lowest discount level is $49 per year…
Did you guys change things up or am I imagining this?

Gus, is the refactoring of the rank/rewards program complete or are we still waiting on some decisions? I’ve been holding off on joining the insider program to see if there are going to be any coupons, etc. associated with rank as there were before that could be used towards the insider fee?
