Random reboots and shuts downs

I have an SCM20260D-based device that randomly reboots and sometimes shuts down.
When it reboots the ResetSource is set to 0x40, which is LowPowerWakeupPin. I am not putting the device into Sleep. The Wakeup pin is not connected to anything.

When the device shuts down, it is completely dead. It won’t connect to TinyCLR, and the 7" display backlight goes off as well as all I/O. Pressing the reset button starts it back up.

Out of about 100 devices, this is happening to approximately 5 devices. Swapping the DIMM module makes no difference. The problem seems to follow the main board/display.

Does anyone have any thoughts on why it would reboot/shutdown like this and how do I trouble shoot something like this?

Do you have a decent power isolation to the module so the systems power noise won’t make it into the module? Sometimes a nice capacitor by the module is enough, like 100uf or more. But it depends on how much noise is there on the power source.
