Pull up I2C_BUSY pin to 5V

Hi,

I would like to use I2C interface to communicate with ALFAT.
MCU works on 5V. And VIH of MCU port is 3.5V (min).
So I want to pull up I2C_BUSY pin and DATAREADY pin to 5V.
Is it OK to pull up I2C_BUSY pin and DATAREADY pin to 5V?

I believe all pins are 5v tolerant except reset. Check the manual please.
