SimpleGraph enhanced with double trace and X and Y titles.

I took the SimpleGraph code and enhanced it to include two traces, each with it’s own color, maximum and minimum values. Each trace has it’s own ledgend, in the color of the trace.
As a sample I converted the Seeedstudio Gadgeteer driver for the Temperature & Humidity Sensor.
The code expects the humidity sensor connected as follows:

1 3V3
3 IO3
4 IO2
10 GND
