is it possible to power a 3.3V device (in my case this TTL CAM… http://www.4dsystems.com.au/prod.php?id=75 ) using for example Analog Output or another pin (e.g LCD / UART pins)?
If yes ,what could be the right pins?
I need to control poweron/poweroff of such device…is there another (simple) way?

Yes, but not directly. You shall for an exemple use a small relay to power it, triggered by any digital pin !
I would use a FET instead of a relay.
