Non-Metalic, Antistatic Perf Board

At a Microsoft demo, the demo’ist had a project assembled on non-metalic anti-static perf board that was 3.2mm holes on 5mm centers.

This was supposed to be available in large sheets from ???

Any idea what this was or where I can find it?

Is that plastic anti-static. I thought acrylic was not anti-static???
