Are the open source Gadgeteer boards (Hydra, Cerberus, etc) limited to using the open source library (OSHW)? If so, can they still use the watchdog timer in Microsoft.SPOT.Hardware?
Thanks…Scott

This is a Microsoft feature not extended feature. GHI libs (OSHW or premium) extend the standard built in features.

Welcome to the community.
Watchdog is fairly simple to implement. It shouldn’t be hard to add it to OSHW. Anybody is welcome to contribute.
Correct me if I am wrong … you are able to download the Gadgeteer SDK and quickly be able to see if needed features are available.
I’ve downloaded it, created projects – and I don’t any hardware … yet
You lost me.What is the question?
Are the open source Gadgeteer boards (Hydra, Cerberus, etc) limited to using the open source library (OSHW), or can they also use the Premium library?
Thanks…Scott
