Motor control with FEZ Mini and a "Motor Speed Controller"

I have 2 DC motors (with gears) rated at 7.2 V, with “20 AWG Lead wires” (I don’t know much about these, there are 4 wires coming out of it plus a red-black for power supply. and says 12 pulses per motor revolution).
Now I want to programmatically control them using my C# windows app.

Do you think I can use FEZ Mini with “Motor Speed Controller” connected to it to achieve this?

Looks like you have “stepper” motors. You can’t use those with our “Motor Speed Controller”. It only works with brush DC motors
