I wonder how much they will end up funding. Any bets? ;D

@ ianlee74 - whatever, lol

Sometimes all you can say is ā€˜aren’t people funny’

If it were something awesome and cool that people could actually benefit from then I’d bet 10K…

wow. When you think about the complexity here, they are going to make some serious cash. The incremental cost after their target would be not very high so there’s some serious profit in it. Serious KS profit too !

@ Brett - It is definitely an interesting project to examine. In our age of online multiplayer gaming I would not expect such an interest for a card game.

Its almost too hard to believe. I wonder if the creators had any idea they were going to get such a response.

It would be hard for anyone to predict this level of success but the creators are hardly new to success. So, I doubt there was any doubt that the Kickstarter would succeed at its initial goal.

@ ianlee74 - Now it reminds me of Gary

Yeah… almost $9M.

Still laughing?

I cant believe that gets more money than that black swift(The mini wifi Linux thingy) Which would be more usefull in reality than EXPLODING KITTENS. If only we could make exploding gadgeteer and kickstart it, as an expansion pack!

@ MRTFEREN - We have an exploding Gadgeteer module (the Detonator Module), but of course its not for public consumption, but no doubt posting this here will get this whole forum on a list or two (as for me I’m already on most lists)

What sorts of modules do you guys at GHI privately ā€œconsumeā€?

Given I don’t work for GHI I can’t comment on their preferences, but chocolate modules are good especially if they have some crushed hazelnuts on them

This is all I have.

It isn’t .NUT compatible though, sorry.
