Maximum file size (USBWiz or ALFAT)

Is there a maximum file size that can be read, written or appended to? This question is relevant to both USBWiz and ALFAT as I still have some legacy products that are using the older USBWiz.

Same limits on any FAT system, 2 terabyte I think.

Using FAT32:
Maximum partition size is roughly 8TB. Maximum file size is 4Gib.
