Two options:
1 .Downloadable through Catalog’s Download tab for each module
2. Checked in along with modules driver on Codeplex

@ Gus - A similar topic indicated that these would be included in the ‘next release’. Did it happen yet? I can’t find them in the newest 4.2 SDK.
@ Architect - Are they un-easily available somewhere? I’ve searched extensively to no avail.
Should be on wiki.
Wiki is now 90% moved to the new system. We need few more days and it will be completely moved.
