The specifications page on GHI mentions that the USBizi 144 chip is based on the LPC2388, but to what extent are they comparable? Does the USBizi implement extra functionality that the LPC2388 lacks, or is it just the same wafer produced by GHI instead of NXP?
It is NXP chip with GHI bootloader (and port to uNET) in it. If You erase that bootloader, you will have bare NXP chip.
