I have a pair of stepper motors whose phase resistance in 0.9Ω. I have confirmed that the motors are good (I measured the bemf voltage), however I am unable to drive the stepper motors with my L6470 stepper drivers. They don’t step. The power supply that I’m using is 12V, and can supply the requisite current. What could I be doing wrong?
Sigh, I figured it out. It’s the overcurrent alarm shutdown.
