I am building a unit that requires 2 Adafruit Mini 8x8 LED Matrix w/I2C Backpack - Red
I am looking for a source that supplies a board that will hold both matrix blocks
so a dual matrix board for 2 20mm red led matrix

I’m not really sure what you’re looking for ? Those devices have 4x pins on a standard 0.1" header, so all you would need is a piece of veroboard/stripboard and a soldering iron ? Are you talking about a one-off board or something that would be used in a more commercial/multiple unit scenario?
