Loading FEZ Cerberus Firmware

Hi. We have tried the installation steps a number of times but it still does not appear to be working. We are following these steps:

We completed the loading tiny booter step and we are now on the Loading Tiny CLR firmware step. Here is the problem:

  1. The device does not appear when we select USB. The Cerberus does not show at all.

  2. We have all of the latest versions of the required installations and we cannot seem to get past this step because of this problem.

Is there something we should be doing here?
