Load module better than motor driver L298 module

Hi,

is this Load module: http://www.ghielectronics.com/catalog/product/364
better than the motor driver L298 module? Is it possible to use more than 4 Motors with it? And servo motors too?

@ Gus - Ah ok it seems that its not possible to do that.

It is possible to control 7 motors but you can’t control speed and speed and direction.
