I’m planning on using a FEZ cobra as the main “brain” for a capstone design project. The micro is going to be placed in an outdoor kiosk in NJ. Does anyone know how long a cobra will typically last if its running continuously in varying temperatures?
Running at near extreme temperatures is something that is not strange to GHI products. Now, how long it would last is something that would be not easy to answer.
The cobra (and all other FEZ devices) can handle temperatures in the range of -40° to +85°.
Temperature should not be a problem,unless you live in Antarctica or hell 
My company has one that is running for 5 months so far out side in a kiosk. So far no failures.
