LCD & Button shield that will work with Fez Panda?

Sorry if this is a dumb question - I am new to all this.

I am looking for a LCD & button shield that will work with a Fez Panda running NETMF 4.1. Something like this would be ideal: LCD Shield Kit w/ 16x2 Character Display - Only 2 pins used! [BLUE AND WHITE] : ID 772 : $19.95 : Adafruit Industries, Unique & fun DIY electronics and kits

Will it work with the Fez Panda? If not, can someone recommend something similar that will?

That display has special circuitry to save some pins. I recommend something more direct, like this one Gravity: 1602 LCD Keypad Shield For Arduino - DFRobot

Thanks for the info Gus. I went with this shield since it was available locally: OSEPP - Multi Colored LED Assortment Set

Using your driver it worked great.
