There is a known issue with the GHI SDK on non-english versions of Windows (especially Turkish) or if your locale is set to non-english. *** Not all systems have this problem ***

Make a project that doesn’t use any GHI assemblies and run it. Does it work? If it does then add any GHI assembly. Now does it fail?
If it worked before adding the GHI assembly and now it fails then you have this problem.
[title]How do I fix it?[/title]
Change your system locale to English. If you are using Visual Studio professional or ultimate then try the free Visual Studio Express. Some users have an illegal version of Visual Studio ultimate and so you may run into some problems. Please use the legal and free Visual C# express
