Is the SCM20100E module 5V tolerant on the UART RX pins?

I have trawled the STM32H743VIH6 processor manual and according to the IO pins, they should be 5V tolerant as the IO structure is shown as FT which would indicate 5V tolerance.

I only need the RX pins for the 4 UARTS to be tolerant.

Just need clarification if this is the case?
