Based on the unboxing video I just watched it looks like the shield headers are not soldered to the board and that has to be done by the user. Is that true?
All of the photos of the board show everything completed … that seems a little misleading.

Fully assembled.
IF you want, you can solder the extra headers on, but you do not need to solder the outside headers.
